Poland is taken to Court for logging

The EU Commission is bringing legal action against Poland in the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) because of the timber harvesting activities in the Bialowieza National Park. The Commission will also be asking the Court to stop logging immediately with the help of a writ of injunction.
