German sawmill convention postponed to November 2020

The 2020 Raw-Material Summit/Sawmill Convention has been rescheduled again and is now appointed to 16-18 November. The place has also been moved from Würzburg to Berlin.

The forum, originally planned to take place at the convention center in Würzburg in mid-March under the motto “Change – how future technologies transform the industry”, was initially rescheduled to the end of June/beginning of July due to the corona-virus. Because of the still existing contact, hygiene, and travel restrictions, the two organizers Deutsche Säge- und Holzindustrie Bundesverband (DeSH) and Arbeitsgemeinschaft Rohholz (AGR) state that  the event must be postponed again. All current bookings remain valid. As the DeSH had also reviled on 11 May, the 2021 convention is to be held in Bavaria again on 25-27 October.
