The US furniture import increased by 4% in June 2016

According to ITTO’s data, the US import of wood furniture in June 2016 didn’t change greatly in comparison with May figures, its value reached $ 1.44 billion.

In annual calculations, foreign deliveries increased by 4%.

The cost of import of Chinese furniture didn’t change in June, but the cost of import from decreased by 3% in the same month. The supply of furniture for bedrooms and other residential premises increased, however, import of office and upholstered furniture, as well as import of chairs fell.
